One night when bbb got home from work, he passed me a flyer that was given to him while he was at Orchard Road. He told me that initially, he thought it was one of those those hair salon flyers that are given out often in Orchard Road. But when he saw a picture of a scantily-clad lady, dressed in a set of sexy lingerie, matched with garter belt... He realised that it was not.... Instead, this flyer was a social escort agency whom is advertising the services of their social escorts!! It was given out in the public streets, just outside Ngee Ann City's Civic Plaza. I would like to say that it was given out in broad daylight, but it was not... It was at night. Perhaps, by giving these flyers at night, it complements with the phrase 'Ladies of the Night'. *LOL*

Just wondering, if this particular agency was distributing its flyers this way, is this considered a form of soliciting? Cos from one of the Asiaone's article as seen here, an agency manger mentioned, "Prostitution is not illegal in Singapore but soliciting is. We're not going to risk paying a fine, going to jail or losing our licence". I have no idea.... So what do you think? :)
